This semi-truck looks to have jacknifed off to the shoulder of the highway. If this driver suffered a sudden medical emergency behind the wheel, then he pulled off a miracle by getting his truck off the road and out of harm's way with the last energy that he had. A pre-existing medical condition such as a cardiac or diabetic condition that can result in a sudden loss of capacity or function can be a stress related workers' compensation injury. A death on the job in Florida typically carries a $150,000 death benefit under workers' compensation.
