This accident must have been severe enough to cause the two vehicles to erupt into flames. It is fortunate that only one non-life threatening injury was reported. Many accidents of this nature result in serious injury or death. Florida car accident cases usually involved more than one insurance policy as well as different types of insurance. Florida car accident cases also frequently involve some degree of comparative negligence or comparative fault on behalf of several drivers as there is oftentimes more than one contributing cause to an accident.
